Meet the Chef Ercole Musso

ERCOLE MUSSO was born in Barolo, Italy on the 18th September 1968, and grew up in a family that lives and swears by old country Italian traditions.At a young age, he learned the art of producing fine wines from his mothers father, RICU, and knowledge of gathering precious white truffles from his fathers father, LINO.
Among everything that's Ercole enjoys,watching his grandmother, LINA prepare amazing dishes in the family kitchen devopolped this insane love for food. She taught him how to make the pasta, prepare meats and vegetables to perfection and create irresistable desserts.
His passion grew stronger and stronger until he opens his first restaurant " I CANNUBI" in 1996, located in the land of his father, BAROLO.
It was an immediate success, and his restaurant frequently published in the most prestigious culinary magazines .He would shortly after become the official chef of Paolo Abbona and the Marquise Pia Scarzello, owners of the " Marchesi di Barolo" winery.
The world beckoned to Ercole and called him to direct exceptional wine dinners in Hong Kong, Singapore, Monaco, Dusseldorf, Cologne, Atlanta and last but not least, Grand Cayman in 2005.
Ercole fell in love with the Caymans, and decides to relocate with his wife Loredana,daughters Virginia & Caterina and open " The Post Restaurant" which has now evolved into the current "DOLCE VITA".
Maintaing THE SWEET LIFE, Ercole's passion grows stronger,he loves his restaurant,creating superb dishes and sharing his talent with his guests.His enthusiasm that has driven him since a little boy certainly makes his food very special……………………..ENJOY.
